1.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you voluntarily provide when creating an account, using the App, or contacting us:
- Account Information: Full name, email address, password (securely hashed)
- Shooting Session Data: Date, time, location, weather conditions, ammunition data, shooting results
- Rifle Profiles: Rifle specifications, caliber, barrel length, twist rate, and custom configurations
- Measurement Data: Group measurements, distance, velocity readings, bullet drop calculations
- Load Card Data: Powder charges, bullet weights, primers, case data, chronograph measurements
- Subscription & Billing: Billing address, email, payment information (processed via Stripe)
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, device identifiers
- Usage Information: Pages accessed, features used, time spent in the App, clicks and interactions
- Location Data: Approximate location (if permissions granted) for enhanced features
- Offline Data: The App stores data locally in IndexedDB for offline functionality
- IP Address & Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, pages visited
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party service providers, including payment processors and authentication providers, as described in Section 3.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Any accuracy data, distance calculations, or ballistic information is provided as-is and should not be relied upon as professional or expert guidance.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the App and process data. These providers have access to your information only to perform specific functions on our behalf and are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.
3.1 Supabase (Authentication & Database)
Supabase provides our authentication infrastructure and database backend. They handle user credentials, session management, and store your account and shooting data.
3.2 Stripe (Payment Processing)
Stripe processes all subscription payments and billing. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data according to PCI DSS compliance standards.
3.3 Vercel (Hosting & CDN)
Vercel hosts and serves the App. They may collect server logs and technical data for infrastructure and security purposes.
3.4 Resend (Email Services)
Resend sends transactional emails such as account confirmations, password resets, and billing notifications.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers. Please review their privacy policies to understand how they handle your information.
4. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
The App uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, maintain authentication, and improve functionality.
4.1 Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the App to function properly, including authentication tokens and session management. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
4.2 Local Storage & IndexedDB
The App uses browser storage (localStorage and IndexedDB) to cache data locally for offline functionality. This data is stored on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
4.3 Disabling Cookies
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies may impair App functionality. For more information, visit your browser's help documentation.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the App and its services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
- •Active Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account deletion (for recovery purposes)
- •Billing Records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and financial reporting requirements
- •Log Data: Typically retained for 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes
- •Legal Holds: Data may be retained longer if required by law or ongoing legal proceedings
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
Users aged 13-18 may use the App with parental consent. Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data.
